The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies to your community.
SASSA will likely be rendering solutions like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In an announcement, the agency said it can be alarmed with regards to the large range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your higher amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“That is due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office devoted to service the area every day. The provider position created for intervention experiences a higher influx of prospective beneficiaries, which makes website it challenging to the office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more assets to permit the servicing of all buyers and enhance entry to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
